Responsibilities

• Leverage product knowledge to actively sell and style products and offer fit advice, including bra fitting
• Introduce and educate customers about the brand's mission, values, and ethos
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation
• Process, organize, and prepare inventory
• Restock the sales floor throughout the day
• Foster emotional and social connection within the store environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
• Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry at least 40 pounds
• Minimum of 12 hours of availability per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods
