Responsibilities
- Engage with cafe guests to create a culture of hospitality
- Provide menu suggestions and answer guest questions
- Manage guest recovery situations effectively
- Prepare coffee, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
- Complete assigned tasks and training materials via Schoox
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to remember and recall complex menu details
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and ascend/descend stairs or ladders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- Previous food and beverage experience
