Team Member - Procurement Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform QA of Express Pay requests and review requests within Ariba
• Interact with suppliers and Lines of Business (LOB) to collect necessary information
• Review and process Express Pay payments to suppliers
• Conduct SAP and OFAC reviews to ensure compliance
• Create requisitions in Ariba based on intake forms
• Meet 24-48 hour SLA timelines for request processing
• Ensure work accuracy to pass monthly internal audit reviews
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and testing execution

Requirements

• 1 to 2.5+ years of experience in data processing, procurement, accounts payable, or operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, which may include US business hours
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba (ePurchase), or Concur
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle supplier details
