Team Member

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory, ensuring product quality and freshness
• Pick, pack, and sort orders using handheld technology
• Communicate with customers via the app for substitution approvals
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
• Coordinate with Runners and Dashers for order pickups
• Assist with light food preparation and packaging where applicable

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience in retail, customer service, or food and beverage preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
