Team Member Basic

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system
• Follow autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards
• Use technical skills to improve line and system performance to meet business needs
• Execute standard work processes to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability targets
• Perform quality assurance activities and observe all safety processes
• Participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, and breakdown elimination

Requirements

• Experience in machine operations
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools and methodologies
• Understanding of safety and quality standards for operating machinery
• Ability to read and write and be fluently conversant in the site's language of communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse work environment
