Team Member and Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Prepare food, handle customer service, and maintain cleanliness as a team member
• Coordinate staff, equipment, and products as a shift leader
• Uphold quality, service, and food safety standards
• Work efficiently in a high-tempo, fast-casual restaurant environment
• Work night shifts on weekends when required by the location

Requirements

• Service-oriented, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Comfortable with routine tasks and structured workflows
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• High work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from service, sales, or restaurant work
• Shift coordination or leadership experience for the shift leader role
• Flexibility to work night shifts on weekends at certain locations
