Team Manager - Watchmaker

Responsibilities

• Lead, animate, and support a dedicated watch assembly unit within the production division
• Transmit global orientations and set individual objectives for team members
• Support the development of watchmaking skills and professional growth within your team
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting communication, trust, and group cohesion
• Drive operational performance using various monitoring and reporting tools
• Manage workload and capacity to meet the requirements of internal clients
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to stimulate progress and continuous improvement

Requirements

• CFC d'horloger (Watchmaking certification)
• Proven experience in an industrial watchmaking environment
• Successful experience in agile team management
• Natural leadership skills characterized by listening and empathy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
