Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members
• Produce effective strategies based on data reports and analysis
• Identify training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills
• Understand system tools and operational procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders on promotions and updates
• Ensure process compliance and adherence across the team

Requirements

• C1/C2 level proficiency in Portuguese and/or German
• B2 level proficiency in English
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
