Team Manager, PM

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing inbound team to deliver daily operational plans safely and efficiently
• Role model strong safety leadership and ensure compliance with site, customer, and Linfox standards
• Build a culture of trust and transparency that supports open communication and engagement
• Drive effective performance management, including timely coaching, feedback, and managing underperformance
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement practical actions to uplift service and productivity outcomes
• Partner with key stakeholders across the site to support smooth shift handovers and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment (warehouse or logistics preferred)
• Demonstrated capability in performance management, including coaching and managing underperformance
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain clear, open communication within a team
• Strong safety leadership with a consistent focus on safe work practices
• Effective planning and prioritisation skills to meet daily shift requirements
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional weekend coverage
