Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and inspire large operational teams on the floor to ensure high performance and a dynamic work environment
• Manage talent through daily accompaniment, identifying development opportunities and career paths
• Provide monthly group and individual feedback regarding KPIs and work plans
• Monitor real-time service performance at workstations to ensure live streaming standards
• Audit processes in real-time to ensure compliance with company policies and mitigate operational risks
• Evaluate daily staff performance against productivity, attendance, and quality KPIs
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for Operations and Finance departments
• Act as the primary escalation channel for critical incidents and operational risks on the floor

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience leading or coordinating large teams in BPO, Field Operations, Retail, Hospitality, or Entertainment
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 minimum) for corporate and multicultural environments
• Technical or university studies in Administration, Communications, Psychology, Hospitality, or related fields
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night) from Monday to Sunday
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• High stress resistance and ability to react quickly to live contingencies
