Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing warehouse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment covering receiving, picking, and loading.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and driving efficiency.
• Identify and address individual team challenges, providing one-on-one support and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Shift Manager to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Champion safety and compliance standards while meeting daily operational requirements on time.
• Manage performance reporting and operational planning to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading warehouse teams and driving operational success.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Confident verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
