Team Manager HRDirect

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization
• Facilitate the delivery of standardized HR processes in alignment with global frameworks and local requirements
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions to ensure excellence
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and root cause analysis to optimize service quality
• Maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Build effective relationships with HR stakeholders, business partners, and global process owners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable labor regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience leading teams in HR Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of HR service delivery models and process management
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance
• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment
