Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and mentor high-performing software engineering teams in India
• Guide teams using Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices to ensure incremental value delivery
• Act as a servant leader to identify and eliminate delivery blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
• Collaborate with global Product Owners to translate business goals into actionable product backlogs
• Provide technical leadership to support architectural discussions and drive technical excellence
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to meet delivery commitments
• Foster a culture of accountability, psychological safety, and continuous learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, product management, or delivery roles
• Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, or Senior Technical Lead
• Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps
• Technical expertise in IoT technologies, architectures, and protocols (e.g., AMQP, MQTT)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Programming knowledge in C#, .NET, React, Python, or Java

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Industry experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry sectors
• Experience collaborating with global product organizations
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Program Consultant
