Team Manager | Corporate Governance

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Corporate Governance team, aligning efforts with strategic priorities
• Oversee entity lifecycle activities across multiple jurisdictions, including incorporations and dissolutions
• Serve as the primary escalation point and relationship owner for corporate agents, regulators, and banks
• Build and maintain a comprehensive document infrastructure, including checklists, standard templates, and centralized policies
• Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders
• Lead weekly governance reporting processes, including PowerBI dashboards and capacity monitoring
• Oversee team performance through regular 1:1s, reviews, and career development planning
• Drive governance improvement initiatives and implement operational enhancements

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and performance
• Extensive experience in entity lifecycle management across various jurisdictions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate with external intermediaries
• Experience managing SLAs and implementing SOPs
• Proficiency in governance reporting and data monitoring
