About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the management team and advisors to drive category performance and commercial results
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team on the shop floor to deliver consistently elevated customer experiences
- Drive sales goal attainment through active floor presence and real-time performance coaching
- Role model Burberry Behaviours, embedding brand values into daily ways of working
- Support talent development through regular feedback, coaching, and performance conversations
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment within the Regent Street flagship
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams within a fast-paced premium or luxury retail environment
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how to drive category performance and sales outcomes
- Confident coaching others in the moment with a people-centred and supportive leadership style
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term client relationships
- Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a varied flagship environment
