About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Drive sales for assigned categories and partner with the Store Manager on sell-through and team training
- Coach and provide real-time feedback to the team to ensure the full Burberry Experience is delivered
- Manage customer flow to ensure high service standards and that no client is left unattended
- Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales, specialists, stock, and operations teams
- Support the Store Manager in developing and retaining talent through performance reviews and development plans
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS operations
- Drive the in-store digital experience using available digital tools and resources
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to handle complex customer service issues, including complaints, returns, and after-sales
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools
- Ability to maintain a fluent and professional dialogue with both clients and staff
