Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to enhance sales performance and achieve departmental goals
• Analyze store KPIs and business trends to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitors
• Lead a high-performing, customer-facing team by setting performance targets and driving productivity
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing specialist product knowledge and exceptional service
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with top clients and manage CRM initiatives
• Drive team development through coaching, feedback, and the execution of commercial training
• Oversee the capture of meaningful client data to develop outreach and business opportunities
• Maintain a positive and energetic working environment through effective teamwork and motivation

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role within luxury retail
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability through KPI management
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop talent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and client expectations
• Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and product knowledge
• Proficiency with POS systems, store software, and digital tools
• Ability to work at pace, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively
