Team Manager Branch Operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise full-time and part-time employees to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient branch operations.
• Lead and motivate the team by setting clear goals, providing coaching, and fostering an open communication culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including task delegation, deadline management, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Perform quality checks on work performance and identify specific training needs for staff members.
• Manage the front desk reception area and supervise Branch Coordinators.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing using current tools, processes, and technology.
• Assist with the implementation of new policies and programs as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and data interpretation.
• Strong mathematical proficiency with the ability to develop and understand spreadsheet data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A degree in management or formal training in team leadership.
