Team Manager, Anti-Fraud

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the technical roadmap for automated fraud detection rules, risk scoring models, and real-time monitoring alerts.
• Lead technical investigations into sophisticated fraud attacks and deploy immediate countermeasures.
• Manage team resources and personnel, including coaching, motivating, and supervising team members across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with senior management, local operations, engineering, legal, and compliance to align risk management operations.
• Communicate potential risk, fraud, and security issues within local markets to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture a diverse team to deliver effective risk management strategies and continuously improve fraud detection.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring Anti-Fraud, Risk Management, or Trust & Safety teams.
• Strong hands-on background in risk management, risk analysis, and anti-fraud compliance.
• Proficient in SQL and scripting for querying logs and databases.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proven ability to communicate technical status updates clearly to business stakeholders with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a platform-based business model.
• Ability to speak Chinese.
