Team Liaison, Custodial and Support Services

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates daily work assignments for assigned staff
• Manages equipment and supply requisition and restocking
• Conducts inspections of building components, contents, and safety devices
• Monitors Event Reports to oversee timely completion of event setups
• Acts as a liaison between event hosts, building occupants, and supervisors
• Reports safety hazards and maintains a safe work environment
• Maintains inter-departmental relations to foster community respect

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in maintenance trades, equipment operation, and maintenance
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and event diagrams
• Proficiency with computer-based systems for inspections and ordering
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience
• Custodial experience and knowledge of cleaning and floor care techniques
• Experience driving large vans or box trucks
