Team Leader/Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5–10 Equity Advisors / Relationship Managers
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets across Equity, F&O, Currency, Commodity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and PMS
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients using existing networks
• Guide team members in client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling strategies
• Ensure adherence to KYC, SEBI, and other regulatory norms
• Track performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Deliver high-quality investment advice aligned with client profiles and market trends

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a broking house or wealth management firm
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Strong knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated success in managing HNI relationships and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for financial markets
