Team Leader Workshop (E&I Installation Responsible)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 9 FTE technicians to achieve quantity, quality, yield, safety, health, and environmental goals
• Ensure asset availability through preventive and corrective maintenance within agreed costs
• Coordinate small modifications and projects
• Manage maintenance activities, breakdown services, and standby shifts across three production departments
• Act as Installation Responsible in accordance with NEN 3140
• Serve as Operation Owner within Manufex work processes
• Manage utility systems and work permits
• Oversee compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) guidelines
• Manage personnel staffing and deployment
• Improve team and individual performance using HR instruments

Requirements

• HBO level of professional and intellectual working capacity
• Leadership experience in a production environment
• Strong sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and performance
• Ability to work in a planned and project-oriented manner with clear prioritization
• Experience in managing and developing teams
• Technical insight and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills and decisiveness
• Affinity with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)
• Experience applying RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and continuous improvement
• Ability to collaborate with production, work preparation, and engineering departments
