Team Leader - Water

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of water professionals to drive business growth and excellence
• Develop and implement coherent client strategies to ensure consistent service delivery
• Oversee water engineering projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion
• Mentor and support staff development, fostering an engaged and inclusive team culture
• Exercise strategic commercial influence to support the wider WSP business objectives

Requirements

• Qualification in civil engineering or an equivalent discipline
• Minimum of five years of professional experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong organisational ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
