Team Leader - Waste Collection and Bulky Waste

Responsibilities

• Supervise waste collection and bulky waste activities by leading a team of workers in social integration.
• Ensure the application of production, safety, and quality instructions across all operations.
• Travel between various sites to oversee operations and perform hands-on work as necessary.
• Manage the service vehicle fleet, including inspections and reporting breakdowns or damages.
• Facilitate communication and instructions between the team and management.
• Lead safety briefings, prevention meetings, and the integration of new team members.
• Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and manage equipment distribution.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of tools and materials assigned to the team.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and animate a team.
• Natural authority and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory.
• Experience in social integration through economic activity is a plus.
