Team Leader - Warehouse Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the Derrimut warehouse by managing workflow during busy periods
• Work closely with the AM Supervisor to oversee team operations
• Step in to perform operational duties, including forklift operation, when required
• Utilize SAP and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements
• Support shift reporting and maintain a safety-first mindset

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team leading or senior operator role
• Confidence and capability in operating high reach forklifts
• Working knowledge of SAP or other warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong communication skills and solid computer literacy
• Ability to lead by example with a focus on safety and efficiency
