Team Leader Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Oversee hourly warehouse personnel and manage their daily assignments
• Monitor warehouse operations for safety concerns and lead safety meetings
• Coordinate shipping and receiving priorities with key stakeholders
• Communicate with the Assembly team to prevent production downtime
• Manage team attendance and issue performance corrective actions as needed
• Mentor team members and support the training of new associates
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and documentation for the shift

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a high-volume warehouse operation
• Proven experience with materials processing and shipping/receiving activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consisting of 12-hour days
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience using Oracle
