Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Foreign Currency Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage store performance
• Ensure store compliance, safety, and operational excellence
• Work closely with the Regional Leader to meet area-wide targets
• Provide expert advice on foreign currency, prepaid travel cards, and international money transfers

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a retail sales environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
• High level of mathematical ability and precision with numbers
• Sales-focused mindset with a drive to achieve incentives
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict compliance procedures
• A passion for travel and helping customers prepare for their journeys
