Team Leader Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to a technical support team
• Take responsibility for and participate in daily service operations
• Ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery to customers
• Analyze, develop, and optimize existing service processes
• Define, control, and monitor relevant KPIs
• Support the professional development and growth of team members
• Collaborate effectively with other specialized departments
• Assist in the implementation of new tools, materials, and technologies

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
• Deep knowledge of specialized machinery portfolios
• Previous experience in leadership or people management is preferred
• Highly structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Strong service orientation and customer focus
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
