Responsibilities

• Lead the Window-Awnings team within Sales Operations - Order Management
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and team development
• Design new processes and identify optimization potential in a dynamic environment
• Participate in the conceptual design and implementation of departmental and cross-divisional projects
• Ensure a customer-oriented and efficient overall process

Requirements

• Degree in business or technical studies
• Professional experience with technical products
• Experience in a comparable field
• Leadership experience is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and independent working style
• High customer orientation and communication skills (English if necessary)
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
