Team Leader Technical Order Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Window-Awnings team within Sales Operations - Order Management
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and further develop the team
• Design new processes and identify optimization potential in a dynamic environment
• Participate in the conceptual design and implementation of departmental and cross-divisional projects
• Ensure an efficient and customer-oriented overall process within the department

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a technical field
• Professional experience with technical products in a comparable field
• Experience in leadership roles is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and an independent way of working
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills (English if necessary)
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
