Team Leader Technical Calculations

Responsibilities

• Perform technical calculation assignments and project manage other calculation engineers
• Handle personnel matters and leadership tasks
• Drive business development through sales, customer visits, and problem-solving
• Prepare quotes and technical proposals
• Combine theoretical knowledge with industrial application to solve complex client problems

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Civilingenjör) or PhD
• Several years of industrial experience in FEM calculation and simulation
• Expertise in areas such as linear/nonlinear analysis, solid mechanics, fracture mechanics, or thermodynamics
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate complex results clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing professional contacts within the Swedish industry, particularly in Östergötland
• Experience in project management
• Experience with international work environments
