Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise reception, sorting, packaging, storage, and shipping operations for one or more work teams.
• Lead and develop team members, ensuring the application of social regulations and company rules.
• Manage health, safety, industrial, and environmental risks by enforcing PPE usage, hygiene rules, and safety protocols.
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules for sorting agents and equipment operators to meet production targets.
• Monitor operational flows, manage stock through physical counts, and optimize incoming/outgoing material handling.
• Ensure equipment availability and maintenance, and manage requests for necessary consumables.
• Drive productivity improvements by analyzing indicators and implementing action plans.

Requirements

• Educational background at the Bac to Bac+2 level.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong knowledge of materials and industrial engineering skills.
• Ability to anticipate and organize sorting operations based on incoming and outgoing flows.
