Team Leader Special Sales Flat Roof

Responsibilities

• Functional leadership of the special sales team
• Definition, agreement, and monitoring of sales targets for flat roof special sales
• Identification and development of sales potential in coordination with sales
• Continuous coordination with relevant interfaces (sales, purchasing, marketing, product management, object management)
• Support purchasing in supplier discussions, annual negotiations, and obtaining advertising cost subsidies
• Selection, evaluation, and control of relevant suppliers and partner plants
• Transfer of current market, product, and process knowledge to relevant BayWa locations and sales teams
• Building and maintaining networks with customers, planners, architects, and manufacturers
• Preparation and implementation of marketing and sales measures for assigned assortments
• Accompanying field service during customer appointments and supporting tenders
• Management of key account customers
• Representation of special sales at suppliers and industry events
• Planning and organization of internal training and customer loyalty measures

Requirements

• Sales experience in the roofing assortment area
• Strong understanding of building material retail and current market trends
• Completed commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and strategic skill
• Willingness to travel within the BayWa area
• Confident interaction with customers and very good expression
