Team Leader, Roll Out (Energia + DAS)

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the energy and DAS team to ensure strategic alignment and performance excellence.
• Analyze energy feasibility for various products to ensure technical adherence and implementation viability.
• Manage the energy status of each site, including tracking provisional and definitive energization.
• Coordinate energy connection requests with utility companies, ensuring all technical and documentary requirements are met.
• Direct the team in resolving energy issues, such as failures, power cuts, and reconnection processes.
• Validate technical electrical infrastructure solutions, including entry standards and meter grouping.
• Supervise the issuance of purchase requisitions (RC/PO) and control billing through service validation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, utilities, and technical partners.
• Establish governance routines, monitor KPIs, and manage team performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Active CREA registration.
• Deep knowledge of electrical energy systems applied to telecommunications (BT/MT, entry standards, and distribution).
• Proven experience in energization processes (provisional, definitive, and network extension).
• Strong understanding of technical standards and utility company requirements.
• Expertise in rollout processes and dependencies for RFI.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Financial control knowledge, including measurements, POs, billing, and CAPEX/OPEX.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
