Team Leader - Road Design

Responsibilities

• Daily management and development of team members
• Resource planning, competence development, and recruitment
• Overall technical responsibility for road and construction projects
• Ensuring quality and progress in projects from sketch phase to execution
• Budget and result responsibility for team deliveries
• Close collaboration with internal and external partners
• Contributing to tender work and strategic business development

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Minimum 5 years of experience with road and construction design
• Documented experience in managing employees or project teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create structure and overview in complex projects
• Holistic and strategic mindset
