Team Leader Reparto BEND

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational activities of the team, monitoring technical assistance progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Supervise technical procedures to guarantee correct usage of technical and safety protocols
• Act as a point of contact for customers to manage complaints, operational issues, and feedback
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on department activities, monitoring KPIs such as intervention times and first-time fix rates
• Lead the onboarding and training of new team members
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing operational and technical enhancements and collaborating with other team leaders

Requirements

• Higher technical education or a university degree
• Proven ability to perform mechanical and electrical technical repairs
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• Proficiency in English or German
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and analytical ability
• Based in Northern Italy
