Team Leader - RCM

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of 15-20 FTEs, including work allocation and performance monitoring
• Generate and distribute RCM metrics reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly operational data
• Analyze RCM metrics such as Days in AR, Ageing above 90 days, Collections, and bad debt
• Identify trends and patterns in data to initiate action plans for resolving AR issues
• Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track KPIs and assist in capacity planning
• Interact effectively with clients and establish strong relationships with Team Managers
• Suggest process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodology and automation of repetitive tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• 3+ years of experience in relevant billing functions specifically using Epic
• Proven experience managing a team or group of 15-20 FTEs
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create Excel macros
• Strong understanding of RCM processes, Accounts Receivables, and Denial Management
• Ability to work night shifts/US timings
• Graduate degree in any discipline
