Team Leader - RCM

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15 to 20 FTEs, including work allocation and performance monitoring
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly RCM operational metrics and KPI reports
• Analyze RCM data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations for AR issues
• Manage client interactions and establish strong relationships with Team Managers
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to suggest process improvements and automation
• Create operational scorecards and assist in volume forecasting and capacity planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 3+ years of experience in relevant billing functions specifically using Epic
• Proven experience managing a team or group of 15-20 FTEs
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create Excel macros
• Deep understanding of RCM metrics such as Days in AR, Ageing, Collections, and Denial Management
• Willingness to work night shifts/US timings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business processes
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to handle multiple reporting tasks simultaneously
