Team Leader QC

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for a team of 15-18 employees, including resource management, planning, and prioritization of samples and projects.
• Motivate staff and contribute to a vibrant, developing, and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain and optimize departmental processes to ensure high efficiency and systematic workflows.
• Drive selected projects, such as the implementation of new technology, facility renovations, or process improvements.
• Act as the technical lead for specific areas according to the QC competency matrix.
• Contribute to audits conducted by customers and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure QC analysis results are delivered on time and meet required quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a laboratory or Quality Control (QC) environment.
• A scientific degree (natural sciences).
• Knowledge of chemical or microbiological analysis is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Danish (required for team collaboration) and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong planning and coordination skills within a fast-paced production environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
