Responsibilities
- Conduct morning meetings and oversee the day-to-day support of Property Managers
- Provide guidance on the implementation of new legislation
- Investigate customer complaints and propose appropriate responses
- Coordinate and provide training to the team
- Support audits of property management departments
- Monitor team workflows, churn reports, and Gas Daily processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance service levels for internal and external customers
- Conduct interviews and manage departmental cover for holidays and time off
- Monitor workload and staff morale
Requirements
- Proven history working within the Property Industry
- Experience leading a small team
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
