Responsibilities

• Conduct morning meetings and oversee the day-to-day support of Property Managers
• Provide guidance on the implementation of new legislation
• Investigate customer complaints and propose appropriate responses
• Coordinate and provide training to the team
• Support audits of property management departments
• Monitor team workflows, churn reports, and Gas Daily processes
• Identify opportunities to enhance service levels for internal and external customers
• Conduct interviews and manage departmental cover for holidays and time off
• Monitor workload and staff morale

Requirements

• Proven history working within the Property Industry
• Experience leading a small team
• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
