Team Leader Production/Assembly

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees
• Ensuring daily, on-time order processing and output
• Personnel planning and demand-oriented management of staff allocation
• Responsibility for cost centers
• Proactive reaction to operational situations and short-term changes in daily business
• Identification and management of bottlenecks and implementation of countermeasures
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs
• Responsibility for implementing and developing 5S standards and KVP (continuous improvement process)
• Preparation, participation, and follow-up of regular meetings
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process specifications

Requirements

• Completed technical training or comparable qualification (carpenter/carpenter technician preferred)
• Several years of experience in leading and developing employees
• Knowledge of Lean methods
• Strong analytical skills and experience with production metrics
• Team-oriented way of working and willingness for further training
