Team Leader, Production

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with the production plan.
• Manage human resources, machinery, raw materials, and indirect materials required for production.
• Oversee staff development, training, and supervision of 5S activities.
• Perform analyses to resolve quality or safety issues within the work area.
• Control copper and PVC scrap to maintain stable performance indicators.
• Halt any operation, machine, or process that poses a risk to personnel safety or product quality.
• Participate in emergency drills and act as an evacuation guide as required by the emergency response organizational chart.
• Ensure all operations follow Work Instructions and utilize the most current document versions.
• Coordinate personnel for monthly physical inventory counts.

Requirements

• Engineering or Technical degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
