Team Leader, Production

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor compliance with established quality standards
• Support the implementation of engineering changes for new production models, including work instructions and position balancing
• Conduct daily meetings and manage personnel attendance through 5-minute organizational briefings
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, CCC, 5S audits, and MOTO
• Analyze production goal results and establish corrective or preventive action plans
• Execute actions to prevent product defects and provide immediate response to the Andon system

Requirements

• High school diploma, professional degree, or currently pursuing a degree
• Minimum of 18 months of seniority
• Full availability of time
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong sense of responsibility
