Team Leader - Procurement Services

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Supply Chain (SC) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations to ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and assist Associates while evaluating their development and providing feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide accurate information for decision-making.
• Review business processes and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate HR-related matters and maintain a conducive work environment.
• Handle customer-related queries and manage sectional matters regarding quality and turnaround.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• 2-3 years of proven relevant operational experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite during night shifts (US operational hours).
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and supervise teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Matric qualification in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience within the BPO industry.
• Previous experience working with financial systems.
