Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for end-to-end supply chain management, including strategic and operational procurement, planning, and logistics
• Lead price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers
• Build and further develop a high-performance supplier and logistics network and sustainable partnerships
• Ensure continuous material availability throughout the entire value chain while adhering to quality, deadlines, and costs
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for the procurement, planning, and logistics departments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Production regarding product compliance, regulatory matters, and projects

Requirements

• Technical vocational training with further education in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration
• Long-term experience in a comparable SCM function with responsibility for procurement, planning, and logistics
• Professional experience in a comparable industry such as mechanical, automotive, or plant engineering with complex technical products
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with an end-to-end view of the value chain
• Proven leadership personality
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in German and English
