Team Leader - Printing

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing workshop team to meet tight event deadlines
• Allocate daily tasks and provide training to staff on standard operating procedures
• Operate large format inkjet printers, UV flatbed printers, and vinyl plotters
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD drawings to guide fabrication
• Monitor printing processes for accuracy, color consistency, and registration
• Perform post-print finishing tasks including trimming, laminating, and mounting
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Manage raw materials inventory and ensure workshop safety compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a printing team leader in large-format graphics and signage
• Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a workshop environment with noise, dust, and heat
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Strong hands-on problem-solving skills under high pressure
