Team Leader - PowerGen Closeout

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel and production within assigned manufacturing work centers, overseeing up to 15 operators.
• Manage the completion of shop orders and operations to ensure they are finished on time and within allotted labor hours.
• Drive safety culture by implementing refined policies and ensuring work cells are in safe working order.
• Act as a steward of quality by observing machine operations, identifying defects, and conducting root cause analysis for deviations.
• Maintain accurate service records, preventative maintenance plans, and production reporting documentation.
• Utilize ERP systems and forecast planning to mitigate parts shortages and prevent production interruptions.
• Monitor and report product and personnel status to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Advanced competency using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple critical tasks concurrently.
• Ability to plan and meet project schedule deadlines while maintaining contingency plans.
