Team Leader - Packing

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and set objectives by leading people, technology, and financial resources
• Identify and develop innovative process or product improvements to achieve results
• Solve complex problems and manage the performance of direct and indirect reports
• Partner with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements
• Develop and manage a team of process technicians and lead the implementation of Lean Tools
• Support the development of SMART Objectives and manage training for shift colleagues and contingent staff

Requirements

• High school diploma with 8+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 6+ years, or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience
• Strong people management experience in a regulated manufacturing operations environment
• Working knowledge of Upstream/Downstream Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making capability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience with Lean Tools and their implementation
• Experience maintaining regulatory compliance through established programs
• Ability to recognize development needs and create opportunities for colleagues
• Experience using common AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving
