Team Leader Outilleur Mouliste

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of mold makers to ensure production molds are in good working order and meet planning constraints
• Diagnose molds after production campaigns and oversee their maintenance and repair
• Order spare parts and manage the spare parts stock in coordination with the tooling service or subcontractors
• Drive technical improvements and propose innovations for production tools
• Perform simple machine tool operations including retouching, grinding, and polishing
• Participate in production planning and provide training for new team members
• Manage computerized maintenance tracking via ORFEO and MICROMAIN

Requirements

• Bac Pro or BTS in Toolmaking (Outilleur) or Mechanics
• Proven experience in mold tooling or fitting/adjustment
• Mastery of machining techniques including milling, fitting, and grinding
• Ability to read technical blueprints and drawings
• Strong sense of rigor, method, precision, and teamwork
• Proactive mindset regarding continuous improvement
