Team Leader Outillage

Responsibilities

• Validate tooling design, drawings, ISO GPS dimensioning, and RDM calculation notes
• Ensure deliverable compliance with internal standards and regulations
• Manage supplier selection and subcontracting
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients on complex issues
• Coordinate, pilot, and optimize technical activities within the scope
• Manage schedules and ensure activity profitability
• Implement actions to achieve performance objectives
• Provide reporting via tracking tools such as dashboards and graphs
• Lead and unite the team
• Identify skill needs, evaluate collaborators, and foster professional development

Requirements

• Technical degree in Design, Manufacturing, or Tooling
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a demanding technical environment
• Advanced mastery of multi-domain tooling design and manufacturing processes
• Expertise in ISO GPS dimensional and functional dimensioning
• Proficiency in complex project management from needs analysis to specifications
• Expert level in CATIA V5
• Knowledge of 3DExperience, SolidWorks, and RDM calculation tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Mandatory technical English
